The Return Process Is as Follows:
- Download the return form and mark the reason for your return.
- The return form is not a shipping label.
- Shipping costs are not covered by us. The return shipping label must be purchased and paid for by the customer.
- Once the item is returned in its unworn condition, we will issue a full refund.

We are shipping with DHL or your local Shipping Company (Depending on your Country). (DHL,Bpost, Poste Italiane etc.)
The waiting time will fluctuate with location, for Europe, Britain and most of North America expect 6 - 8 business days. (This does not include the time during Black Friday and Christmas)
Additionally, during Q4, shipping times can be even longer due to increased demand, so please consider this before making your purchase.
Please note that processing time may take up to 5 business days before shipment.

14 Day Return Guarantee. We sincerely hope you are happy with your CRTA purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 day period in an unworn and unused condition.

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take 4 days before the tracking information is uploaded.
Undeliverable parcels
Shipping the package back may incur additional fees and taxes or will be destroyed if these fees are not paid. Hence, all such orders will not be ineligible for a refund / exchange. Please check with your local customs of any applicable customs duties or taxes before placing an order.
