Return shipping costs are not covered by us. 


The Return Process Is as Follows:

 

  1. Download the return form and mark the reason for your return.
  2. The return form is not a shipping label!
  3. Shipping costs are not covered by us. The return shipping label must be purchased and paid for by the customer.
  4. Once the item is returned in its unworn condition, we will issue a full refund.

You can return the products to us within 14 days of the shipping date. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, your payment will be credited back, i.e. your money back. Please note  that we can only take back unused items in the original packaging. Be careful not to remove labels or soil items. The goods must not show any signs of use.

 

Important: 

The customs import for a return from a country which is not located in the EU must be paid by the customer. If this is not the  case, the package will be automatically returned to the buyer.

Returns are at your own expense, unfortunately we cannot accept parcels that are not prepaid. You can also find more information in the FAQs.

 

 

Items can be returned within 14 days after the shipping company has confirmed delivery. All returns shipping charges lie at the customers expense. If an item has been received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us images of your damaged or incorrect item so we can assess. If images are sent at a later date, we may not be able to refund you or replace the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no restocking charges for returns. 

Items that we do not accept returns on:
- Items that appear to be worn
- Items that have been damaged or stained
- Lingerie or swimwear

When returning items we suggest using a tracked service to provide safe delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure we receive your returned items safely. Your order will be exchanged or refunded once our team have received the return and you will then be emailed with an update of approval. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.



Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs for shipments abroad (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you choose a different type of delivery than the one offered by us , have chosen cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
