Our brand was founded in 2021 in Nuremberg, Germany. After dropping two collections, we made a major move and relocated to Paris, France.
All our products are designed in Paris in the 17th arrondissement - right in the heart of the city.

We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or Paypal account when your order has been dispatched. The currency used is Euro (€) for all countries except for the USA. VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the online shop are subject to change. Please note we only accept cards issued in the countries that gestalten Online ships to, as well as Norway, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. 

If you decide that you would like to change or cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. You bear the direct costs for returning the products.

We ship all our products internationally to most countries. We have the right to periodically suspend shipments to countries due to law changes, shipping or customs difficulties or any other reason that Clout finds suitable. 

We are shipping with DHL.
The waiting time will fluctuate with location, for Europe, Britain and most of North America expect 4-8 business days.
Please note that processing time may take up to 2 business days before shipment.

All orders are shipped directly from our Warehouse which is based in Germany.

If your package has been marked as delivered and you have not yet received it, please make sure to firstly contact your reception, neighbours and have a thorough search in all the places it might possibly be left. If it is still nowhere to be found, contact the courier your package was shipped with to get further information. If you still need further help, please contact us directly for a solution.
