GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases of goods from CRTA through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ordering Process and Contract Formation

  1. By completing the staged ordering process on our website, you submit an offer to purchase goods from us:

    • Adding products to your shopping basket

    • Entering login details

    • Entering delivery and billing details

    • Confirming the order

  2. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  3. We accept your offer and form a binding contract only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

  4. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you in the dispatch confirmation email. Unavailable products will not be included in the contract.

3. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your region and in EUR for international orders.

  2. Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated during checkout.

  3. Payment is due immediately upon order placement. We accept major credit/debit cards and Klarna (where available).

  4. Payment processing will take place before dispatch.

4. Pre-Orders

  1. Definition: Pre-orders are advance purchases of products that are not yet available for immediate delivery.

  2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of pre-order placement.

  3. Delivery: Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of purchase but are subject to change.

  4. Cancellation & Withdrawal: By placing a pre-order, you agree that cancellation and withdrawal rights are excluded until delivery. After receiving the goods, your statutory withdrawal rights apply as outlined in Section 6.

5. Delivery and Retention of Title

  1. We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated time provided. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Ownership of the goods transfers to you only upon full payment.

  3. The risk of accidental loss passes to you when the goods are delivered.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

  1. Consumers within the EU have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

  2. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email or postal mail.

  3. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

  4. You must return the goods at your own expense and in unused condition.

  5. Exceptions: No withdrawal right exists for personalized products or goods that are sealed and unfit for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

7. Use License

You may not modify, copy, or use our materials for any commercial purposes or public displays.

8. Disclaimer

Our website and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding their fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked on our site.

10. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website.

11. Klarna Payment Services
